Update Share Buyback Program

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16^th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 4^th October 2021 till 8^th October 2021 the following transactions took place.

Block transactions

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20^th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 391,805 shares for a total amount of 7,316,407.25 euros. This corresponds to 65.30 % of the program completed.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,266,900 shares on the date of 8^th October 2021.
