Barco Insights, as the connectivity platform is called, will simplify and facilitate remote monitoring and serviceability.

Also, there’s no more endless back-and-forth communication to diagnose the most straightforward issues as the live dashboards give real-time information on the operating and environmental conditions of the projectors for more effective device analysis and proactive troubleshooting. So instead of arranging stressful last-minute physical interventions, you now have all the tools available for prompt remote assistance and scheduling maintenance visits before the projector even gets the chance to break down.

The Barco Insights platform can be accessed on any device with internet access, whether it’s your laptop, mobile phone or tablet, there’s no need for cables, extra networks or gateways.

Rollout in 2020

Rollout of this subscription-based cloud platform will happen in different stages with new functionalities becoming gradually available throughout 2020. We’ll keep you posted via our news page.

Update: In March 2021 Barco launched its rebranded service framework. To further simplify the service offering, we chose to introduce a common framework for all of our connected platforms, under the umbrella of the Barco Management Suites. And so, Barco Insights is now Barco Insights Management Suite.
