Issue:
On the CX-50, using the HDMI™ input after the Base Unit goes into standby results in the HDMI™ input not appearing on the screen.
This issue is only noticed with the ClickShare CX-50 Base Unit.
Solution:
Upgrading your ClickShare Base Unit to firmware version 2.13 or higher will fix this issue.
