Update Share Buyback Program

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16^th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 20^th September 2021 till 24^th September 2021 the following transactions took place.

Block transactions

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20^th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 96,475 shares for a total amount of 1,830,475.40 euros. This corresponds to 16.08 % of the program completed.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 2,971,570 shares on the date of 24^th September 2021.
