The V3.0 update brings a completely new breakout room experience! Discover what are the possibilities for hosts and operators.
General information
When the participants are in a breakout session:
- Main room content is still visible from the breakout as a specific content channel (teacher shared content)
- Participants can see how much time they have left in the breakout
- Participants can ask the host for help by raising a hand during the breakout session.
- Participants can use the group chat feed
- Participants can save a screenshot of the different pieces of content shared (teacher content, breakout session shared content, whiteboard) to share it with the whole classroom in the main session.
Collaborative features
- Participants access the collaborative whiteboard via the collapsing bar
- Participants can share their screen with the group
- Participants can enjoy face-to-face interaction and improved collaboration with their peers during breakout sessions with the brand-new mosaic view
Notifications
Before and during a breakout session, participants will receive notifications:
· Before the start of the breakout session
· When the host joins a breakout group
· Before the session is paused
· If a participant has been moved from one group to another during a breakout pause
· Before the session is ended
