Do you want to get rid of time consuming and error-prone manual administration? The Insights Management Suite Monitor package allows for automatic cloud-based storage of projectors’ usage data and their light-source run-times. Its live dashboard gives real-time information on the operating and environmental conditions of the projectors allowing you to manage and control all your projectors in the most efficient way. With the Flex² setting you can tune and lock your brightness and resolution value in the cloud at any time.

The Monitor package is automatically included for free in the purchase of your Barco projector for the first 2 years of usage. You can extend and upgrade your subscription whenever you want via the Insights Management Suite dashboard.

Included in this package

Projector & lightsource runtime with 2 weeks history: Keep track of the total projector run time (how many hours has the projector been switched on) and the total lightsource runtime (how many hours has the laser lightsource been switched on) with day by day history of how many hours the projector and lightsource ran each day (history details are only available during periods when the projector was connected to the cloud).

Ambient temperature & humidity with 2 weeks history: Keep track of the current ambient temperature and ambient humidity the projector sensors are detecting as these have a strong effect on the aging of the projector. Including history graph for changes in temperature and humidity (history details are only available during periods when the projector was connected to the cloud).

AC voltage information with 2 weeks history: Keep track of the actual AC Voltage value and the history of the AC Voltage while the projector was used.

Take custom notes: Take notes on the projector to facilitate your QA process.

Lock the FLEX brightness and/or resolution value: If your projector has a FLEX brightness and/or FLEX resolution license, change and lock the FLEX value from the cloud at any time. The projector will adopt the value next time it connects to the cloud.

View IP address: See which LAN IP address is used by the projector.

Projector firmware version: Quickly identify projectors in your fleet or installation that are not using the latest firmware version and get an indication in the fleet overview for those projectors that have a newer firmware version is available.

Projector connection status: If your projector is connected to the cloud, you can see immediately if your projector is on and functioning. When projectors have lost connectivity, you also can see for how long they have been offline.

View current health issues: See a live view of the projector's current caution, warning and error notifications.

Cloud service manuals: Get a better understanding of the notifications generated by the projectors by clicking the code. The service manual information with a detailed description will help you take the correct actions and possible resolution.

Diagnose

Stop losing precious time with endless back-and-forth communication to diagnose the most straightforward issues. The Diagnose package provides additional features to remotely consult the health history of your projector with mentions of past error notifications for easier and more accurate device analysis. Instead of last-minute physical service interventions, you have all the tools for more effective and prompt remote assistance to fix the issue.

Manage the power schedule of your projectors remotely and set the IP address for efficient setup and troubleshooting. packages.

With the API, access is provided to seamlessly integrate the projector data into own applications/tools or gives the possibility to download and store projector data for own usage. It helps to find new ways to update your processes and explore new business models.
