ClickShare Conference (CX-20, CX-30, CX-50) in combination with Logitech videoconference solutions offers a very high quality Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) experience for simple meeting rooms to rooms where a high level of flexibility is required. For rooms equipped with a Room UC solution, CX-50 Gen2 in combination with the Logitech CollabOS Bars (Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, Rally Bar Huddle) or RoomMate provides a simple workflow with automatic Appliance/BYOD Mode switching.

ClickShare Conference offers wireless, easy-to-use, agnostic content sharing and conferencing from laptops. This is ideally paired with a Logitech MeetUp, Rally/Rally Plus or CollabOS Bar in BYOD mode for dedicated wireless BYOM rooms. Logitech CollabOS Bars and RoomMate provide a room-based experience for MTR, Zoom Room, and other UC services (“Appliance Mode”) in addition to “BYOD Mode” whereby the audio and video peripherals can be used in a UC client on a laptop. CX-50 Gen2 enables the latter with a wireless setup thanks to its automated switching capabilities.

Logitech offers a comprehensive portfolio of video conferencing solutions designed to cater to a variety of needs and budgets. All Logitech cameras boast high-resolution capabilities, intelligent features like automatic framing, grid and speaker view, and seamless integration with popular video conferencing platforms. Logitech prioritizes high-quality audio and video including noise cancelling, ensuring clear communication. Many Logitech products, especially all-in-one systems, require minimal setup and can be operational in minutes, streamlining the video conferencing experience.

Both ClickShare and Logitech devices aim for sustainability comprised of recycled materials, energy-efficient packaging, and power-saving modes, minimizing their environmental impact.

All the capabilities of ClickShare Conference and Logitech devices substantially improve meeting equity for hybrid environments.

Known issues and limitations

ClickShare does not support RightSight on MeetUp and Rally/Rally Plus. When advanced video capabilities are required, use a CollabOS Bar in BYOD mode.

Using the CollabOS Bar in Zoom Room mode can result in disabling the BYOD switching on ClickShare, see KB 11716 for details.

RoomMate only works with approved peripherals, see here for details.

Logitech, Zoom Room and ClickShare setup: The prompt window for peripheral switching does not appear on the Logitech Tap when the user plugs in the ClickShare Button and selects Room Camera. However, this issue does not occur when the user plugs in the Button and selects the Room Speakerphone
This situation occurs under the following circumstances: If a user plugs in the Button and selects Room Camera, then unplugs the Button without selecting any options like "BYOD mode" or "Screen Share" on the prompt window in the Logitech Tap the subsequent user who plugs in the Button and selects Room Camera will not see the prompt window for peripheral switching in the Logitech Tap. To resolve this, the user must select the Room Speakerphone when plugging in the Button.
