This article describes how to become an account administrator in Barco Management Suite (https://msuite.barco.com).
You can get this access through one of the following methods:
- Verify that you have sufficient access on your email domain
- Request an existing administrator (typically your IT team) for access
Verify that you have sufficient access on your email domain
You'll need to have access to your DNS settings for your email domain. If not, please reach out to someone in your organization who can do it for you.
- In Barco Management Suite, Click on the "Become an administrator".
- Follow steps mentioned on the next page, to verify your ownership.
Request an existing administrator (typically your IT team) for access
When a person from your organization already has administrator access, you need to find out who has it and request for access from them. Alternatively, you can use the link to start the verification process described below.
