Showcasing meaningful workspaces with ClickShare’s brand-new Meeting Experience Center

On the 27th June we opened the ClickShare Meeting Experience Center at our headquarters in Kortrijk. Here we reflect our vision on meaningful workspaces in the design of 8 different meeting room archetypes, ranging from formal to informal, from functional to creative or from collaboration space to a classic meeting room setting. The various setups in the meeting spaces underline the flexibility of the ClickShare technology and our broad alliance ecosystem.

All meeting rooms start from equitable user experiences, both for in-room and remote attendees. Workstyle, room design and technology all play a crucial role here. Each space has its own identity and purpose, creating a vibrant, meaningful space where employees can meet, connect, collaborate and re-energize.

What can you discover in the new Meeting Experience Center?

The ClickShare Conference technology integrated with innovations from Barco’s broad ecosystem of leading alliance partners, including Poly, Logitech, Avocor, Jupiter, Jabra, Shure, Vitra, AVer, Bose, Sharp NEC, Sennheiser and Owl Labs.
For the concept, seating and furniture in the different setups we teamed up with leading UK furniture manufacturer, Orangebox.
Positive vibes are translated into concrete office and meeting room designs to (re)build relationships between employees and guests in seamless hybrid meetings.
