Update Share Buyback Program

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16^th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 25^th October 2021 till 29^th October 2021 the following transactions took place.

Block transactions

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20^th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 461,590 shares for a total amount of 8,599,837.06 euros. This corresponds to 76.93% of the program completed.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,181,906 shares on the date of 29^th October 2021.
