Update Share Buyback Program

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16^th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 15^th November 2021 till 19^th November 2021 the following transactions took place.

Block transactions

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20^th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 518,119 shares for a total amount of 9,695,719.50 euros. This corresponds to 86.35% of the program completed.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,238,435 shares on the date of 19^th November 2021.
