The Logi Sync or Logi Tune application can block the ClickShare Desktop App from connecting with the ClickShare Conference Button, resulting in a setup that is unable to share to the meeting room screen.
When this happens, the ClickShare Desktop App constantly switches from preparing to idle state and the Button LED will be blinking on/off.
- The Logi Sync application is a tool to manage Logi devices. After the installation, the application has a number of services running in the background. The Logi Tune application is a tool to manage and customize the controls on a Logi Zone headset.
- On specific laptops, the Logi Sync or Logi Tune services running in the background can block the connection from the ClickShare Desktop App to the USB port in which the ClickShare Conference Button is plugged in.
- To enable the ClickShare Desktop App and Conference Button to connect for starting wireless presentation and conferencing, the Logi Sync or Logi Tune services should be stopped or uninstalled.
