To troubleshoot flickering issues with your screen when using a ClickShare Base Unit for sharing, follow these steps:
- Check HDMI™ connection at both ends (if any extenders are used try to bypass) and see if this resolved the issue.
- Check HDMI port settings is not faulty on your screen. Try using another HDMI input on the screen.
- Try using a high-quality replacement HDMI cable (short length and supporting up to 4K@60Hz)
- Check if the same issue with visible when you connect another screen.
- Does the input have HDMI with ARC (Audio Return Channel), MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) or STB (Set Top Box). Try if disabling these has an impact on the flicker or make sure to disable it (consult screen manuals).
