In this article, you can find some basic troubleshooting steps for if you cannot access the ClickShare Configurator for your ClickShare device.
- Ensure you are connected to the correct network and are using the correct IP address.
For instructions on connecting to ClickShare Base Unit Wi-Fi, see KB 2675. - Ensure you are using either Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox web-browser for accessing the ClickShare Configurator. We strongly recommend these browsers, as both are fully compatible with the ClickShare Configurator.
