Update Share Buyback Program (20th May 2014)

In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7^th May 2014, the company reports today that during the period from 12^th May 2014 till 16^th May 2014 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 8^th May 2014, Barco NV has bought back 20,885 shares for a total amount of 1,163,305.0 euro. This corresponds to 0.16% of the total shares outstanding.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 736,091 shares on the date of 16^th May 2014.
