This training program includes a number of eLearning modules. By the end of the associate training program you will understand that Barco is a technology leader in network visualization in the many markets it serves. You’ll learn about our service organization, processes and tools it uses including the 24/7 self-service my Barco Service Portal, Barco’s service offerings, warranty and terms and conditions.
Description
In addition, there are a number of additional eLearning modules that will help get you familiar with Barco University, how to set-up myBarco and your obligations as an employee of a company reselling a medical device.
- Training with Barco University (10 mins)
- How to use & set-up myBarco (10-15 mins)
- How to use the Service Portal (10 mins)
- Barco in the dental market (10-15 mins)
- Barco’s service organization, processes and tools (10 mins)
- Barco Dental service offerings, warranty and T&Cs (5-10 mins)
- ISO 13485 Regulatory requirements (10 mins)
- MDR 2017/745 Distributor Obligations (10 mins)
All modules must be completed including the assessment at the end of each module in order to achieve certification. You will see your progress as you complete the different items.

Objective
By completion of this Certified Associate Partner Training Program, you will have a good working knowledge of Barco, Barco Healthcare and its dental display portfolio. You will be able to confidently work with Barco’s Service Organization, it’s process and tools, such as the 24/7 myBarco Service portal. You will understand the Barco dental display service offerings, the warranty conditions and terms and conditions of sales relating to Barco’s dental displays.
