From simple to complex: five new projectors open up the range of possibilities for ProAV market

With the new G60 series and the additional F80s, we complete our portfolio with five projectors that fit into every ProAv project. Making things easier for our customers who can now choose the same brand for both mid-range as well as high-end solutions. From simple to complex, we have everything to fulfill a broad scope of varying needs.

Sometimes all you need is just a good projector

With the introduction of the G60s, Barco is enlarging its offering to a wider range of market segments. The three single-chip laser projectors, with brightness from 7K to 10K, are designed to answer the needs of day-to-day projects without compromising on the quality. In addition, users can always rely on all the proven benefits of Barco’s service and support. Each unit is also equipped with our PToolset software which guarantees consistent and easy installation and maintenance.

In order to fit different environments, the G-series will be available in both black and white versions. Its uniform size and compatibility with other Barco products increases the flexibility even more. To top it all off, there’s also the possibility of working with short-throw lenses, allowing the user to increase the image size or shorten the projection distance. The perfect match for a compact installation. Having all this at a very competitive pricing, turns the G60 series into an attractive package for all customers who just need a good projector.

Expanding and optimizing our portfolio

In 2017, we launched the F80 “silent” projectors for fixed installation in a wide range of applications such as museums, board rooms and auditoriums. Thanks to their 3D capability, they're also perfectly fit for theme park dark rides and interactive experiences. 7,000 and 9,000-lumen versions were already available, and this year at ISE, we will be extending the series with two brighter options. The new F80-12Ks continue to set industry standards with 4K capabilities and low maintenance, while keeping the noise level at its lowest.

Over time, the Barco team has also optimized the blending functionalities of the F80-series. Thanks to Barco Pulse SSP technology, users can offer their audiences higher image quality with less latency compared to other products on the market. It also allows users to create a smooth overlap in a multi-projector display set-up.
