Connection setup

Note: If a touchscreen display is used, make sure that it is connected to the USB Type-C™ port on the ClickShare Bar Pro. - ClickShare Bar Pro (running firmware version 2.20 or higher)
Please note that dual display support with ClickShare Bar Pro is limited to a maximum resolution of 2K.
Configuration
- Login to ClickShare Configurator of your ClickShare Bar Pro (how-to, see KB 2324).
- Navigate to Display > Display.
- Configure the settings for DisplayPort and HDMI™ as illustrated in the image below:
Note: When set to Extended, an additional window is available for displaying source content. When set to Clone, the source content is duplicated across both displays.
The table below may assist you in selecting the mode "Extended or Clone" that suits your requirements.
Note: Make sure to always configure ClickShare Position 1 for the connected touchscreen display.
Sharing contents on dual display setup
- First user shares the content to the display using the ClickShare App or Button.
Content will be duplicated across both displays. - Second user shares the content to the display using the ClickShare App or Button.
Depending on the Display mode configuration settings, one user content per display will be displayed or the user content will be duplicated on both displays
