Share buyback

On this page, you can find the details of Barco’s ongoing and completed share buyback programs.

The most recent program started on December 19th, 2023 and ended February 23rd, 2024. This program was executed based on the authorization granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 25 April 2019.

The purpose of this program was to replenish the pool of own shares, which the company intends to use for stock options plans as part of its employee incentive plan.
An independent broker was mandated to execute the program on behalf of the company. During the execution period, two million (2,000,000) shares of Barco NV were acquired.
During the course of the program, updates were published at regular intervals, in accordance with the applicable regulations (Article 207 of the Royal Decree of 30 January 2001, as amended on 26 April 2009).
