Corporate AV takes center stage at COMM-TEC’s S14 Solution Days

Offer a platform where AV experts can network with industry colleagues, meet with manufacturers and discover new products, away from the bustle of the big trade fairs: that is the idea behind the S14 Solution days by Barco partner COMM-TEC. The concept has been a success for four years on end now. Visitors to this week’s fourth edition were treated to a world première: the launch of our spanking new projection portfolio for Corporate AV, complete with red ribbon cutting ceremony.

Meeting room of the future

COMM-TEC’s S14 Solution Day attracted over 250 AV experts from throughout Germany. With the cream of the German AV world coming together, Barco considered it an ideal moment to unveil its new Present projection range. 20 Gold ClickShare resellers and the trade press got an exclusive sneak peek at the red ribbon cutting ceremony, the day prior to the event. The range was then showcased to the AV industry during the actual S14 Solutions Day. Under the title ‘Barco’s meeting room of the future’, we presented the Present, Collaborate and Impress projectors, as well as our ClickShare wireless presentation system.

Commitment to Corporate AV

“This new range perfectly illustrates our growing commitment to the corporate AV market. We look forward to making our corporate AV story a success, together with you,” said Barco’s Bram Dieryckx upon cutting the ribbon on 17 September. He announced how Barco will keep working on products that help foster collaboration in businesses around the world.

The first feedback on the range was positive, both from organizer COMM-TEC and all other attendants. Rainer Sprinzl, Managing Director Sales & Marketing at COMM-TEC, said: "Integrators especially liked the great design of the Present series. On top of offering impressive features, these projectors perfectly fit into conference rooms."
