After the Windows 11 update, it is no longer possible to access the ClickShare Configurator of the CS-100 and CSE-200 Base Units using the Google Chrome browser, it displays a security warning without an option to proceed.
Solution:
- Use Microsoft Edge browser to access the ClickShare Configurator of CS-100 and CSE-200 Base Units.
- Upgrading your ClickShare Base Unit to firmware version 1.11.10.3 or higher will fix this issue.
